Ask for design help
Can I mix different garment types in one project?

Yes. You can mix compatible tees, hoodies, polos, and other supplier styles when every selected garment supports every artwork/location pairing. CCC will flag pockets, existing logos, sleeve differences, and fit issues before production.

What does the 12-piece minimum mean?

The minimum is 12 qualifying garments per design and location pairing. Those pieces may be distributed across compatible garment styles, colors, and sizes. A new design, location, or decoration method is a new production project.

Do I need to know the exact ink colors?

No. For screen printing, you choose the number of colors for each design/location. CCC determines exact ink colors, underbases, halftones, gradients, and separations during artwork review.

What artwork should I upload?

Vector artwork is preferred: AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF. PNG, JPG/JPEG, and TIFF are also accepted. A 12-inch-wide print should be around 3,600 pixels wide for a 300 DPI target. Lower-quality files can still be reviewed.

Why do I pay before the proof?

Your full current quote is collected at checkout. CCC then reviews the selections and sends the proof before blanks are purchased or production begins. If the approved scope changes, we can request the difference or issue a refund/credit.

Can CCC create a branded merch shop for my business?

Yes. CCC can set up a company-specific shop with your logo, approved garments, decoration choices, ordering instructions, and a fulfillment schedule. Your employees, members, or customers can order and pay directly without you collecting sizes or chasing payments.
